Both in the Netherlands and in Belgium you can receive a subsidy for the training courses that you or your colleagues follow with us. In the Netherlands this can be done via OTIB and in Belgium via Volta.
Otib (Netherlands)
OTIB offers companies the opportunity to give an extra boost to their training policy through an allowance. With training, employees can improve their position and that of the company where they work. The allowance is open to all companies affiliated with OTIB.
Volta (Belgium)
The sector is aware of the importance of investing in education and training. That is why you receive a so-called premium credit every year. With that amount of money you can (partially) pay for the training of your employees. In order to use the premium credit (or in other words: to be entitled to a Volta premium), you must meet a number of important conditions.
