Agenda

The training will begin with an explanation of the system and the standard options of the fire panel. The system can be easily expanded and complemented with additional components, including:

• An 8-zone expansion card
• A repeater panel (secondary panel)
• Detectors (including toolkit)

These additional options will be discussed in detail, along with programming of detectors, manual call points, sirens, and power supplies.

The training consists of approximately 60% practical exercises and examples and 40% theory.

Purpose

During this hands-on training, all features of the system are thoroughly explained, and participants will connect and program the products themselves.

Participants receive a conventional Inim fire detection kit, which includes:

• 1 x SmartLine fire panel
• 2 x 12V/7Ah batteries
• 1 x 8-zone expansion module
• 2 x optical smoke detectors with bases
• 1 x can of test gas
• 1 x manual call point
• 1 x RS232 programming cable
• 1 x RS232 to USB converter

This Inim SmartLine training is limited to two participants from the same company, with one training kit provided per two participants.

Voorwaarden voor deelname

U dient te beschikken over de volgende kennis en vaardigheden:

• Een laptop met administratorrechten om de Inim SmartLine software te kunnen installeren
• Aangezien het een "hands-on" training is, dienen de deelnemers handgereedschap mee te nemen om de toestellen aan te sluiten

This training is aimed at technical installers (installation, service, and maintenance). It is also recommended for project managers in the security industry.
