2N Technical / Commercial Introduction

This is an introductory training course that introduces participants to the 2N product range, the device licenses used, the software, and the My2N Cloud. These components are applied within the 2N Online Project Designer. The training then continues with a basic technical explanation, taking a deeper look at 2N system settings, how devices can connect with each other or with the 2N application, how RFID cards can be added to a system, and how the My2N Cloud can be configured.

Purpose
After this training, you will be able to:
- Make a technical and commercial distinction between the different 2N products
- Correctly identify and apply 2N software
- Create a quotation for 2N products using the correct components and references
- Set up a basic configuration for a 2N intercom system
- Understand how the My2N Cloud works
Terms and conditions for participation
- You must bring a laptop with an Ethernet connection to the training.
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP is required.
- General basic knowledge of intercom systems is recommended.

- Installers and integrators with little or no knowledge of 2N products who will soon need to install a 2N system.
- Sales representatives with little or no knowledge of 2N products who need to be able to propose correct, tailored solutions to end customers.
