HR Advisor  (Breda, The Netherlands)

We are currently active in the Benelux, France and  Spain. That is why we are looking for an HR Advisor to support us in our growth, and complete our team of 2.

Job description:

Are you looking to grow in a dynamic HR role within an international environment? Do you already have some experience in HR and want to expand your skills across different countries? We’re looking for a proactive and organized HR Advisor to join our team!

  • Employee administration (onboarding & offboarding)
    Support the administrative onboarding and offboarding of employees in Benelux and France
    Prepare onboarding documents and induction steps in collaboration with the internal trainer
    Register employees on external partner platforms (health insurance, pension, benefits providers)
    Coordinate administrative exit tasks when employees leave the company

  • Payroll preparation:
    Collect monthly payroll variables (absences, changes, benefits, etc.)
    Liaise with the external payroll provider for Benelux and France
    Perform first-level checks of payslips and follow up on discrepancies

  • Employee events initiatives:
    Coordinate internal gifts (Easter, End-of-year, etc.)
    Supporting company-wide well-being or engagement campaigns via Newsletters.
    Help organizing internal events, team-building, etc.
  • General HR support:
    Maintain and update employee data in HR systems and trackers
    Respond to employee inquiries via email and other communication channels.
    Preparing HR reports and workforce analytics (turnover, absenteeism, etc.)
    Helping with GDPR and local labor law monitoring
    Provide day-to-day HR support and escalate more complex cases when needed

Profile:

  • You have previous experience in a similar role or hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • You speak French and Dutch fluently (written and spoken), and have a B2 level in English.
  • You are rigorous, well-organized and reliable
  • You are proactive, autonomous and have a sense of responsibility
  • You communicate easily, enjoy multicultural environments and are dynamic
  • Knowledge of an HRIS or payroll tool is a plus (e.g. SD Worx, Nmbrs, etc.)
