Milestone XProtect – Designer
Design professional VMS solutions tailored to customer requirements

The Milestone XProtect Designer training focuses on designing high-performance video surveillance solutions based on concrete customer requirements. You will learn how to translate surveillance objectives into a technically sound design, including correct hardware calculations and architectural choices. Using Milestone design tools and best practices, you will build consistent and scalable solutions that you can professionally present to end customers. This training is ideal for pre-sales, project engineers and technical-commercial profiles and is a recommended preparation for the MCDE certification.

Milestone XProtect – Technician
Install, configure and manage Milestone XProtect environments

The Milestone XProtect Technician training is a hands-on course in which you learn how to install, configure and manage a complete Milestone XProtect Corporate VMS environment. From server and network configuration to camera integration, user management, Smart Wall and mobile access: you acquire all practical skills required to deploy and operate professional installations. This training is aimed at installers, field engineers and service technicians and is the ideal preparation for the MCIT certification.

Milestone XProtect – Engineer
Advanced configuration and management of complex VMS environments

The Milestone XProtect Engineer training focuses on complex and large-scale implementations. You will learn to work with failover clusters, federated architectures, advanced security roles, scripting and performance and availability optimisation. This training prepares you to manage critical multi-site VMS environments. It is intended for experienced integration technicians and is a recommended preparation for the MCIE certification. A valid MCIT certification is required as a prerequisite.

Milestone Professional Plus
Introduction & configuration of Milestone Professional+

The Milestone Professional Plus training provides a practical introduction to Milestone Professional+, the new and more advanced version of the classic Milestone Professional software. During this training, you gain insight into the software architecture, installation principles and the use of the Management Client and Smart Client. Special attention is given to the differences between the classic Milestone Professional and Milestone Professional+, enabling you to correctly apply and position this solution in practice. This training is intended for installers, IT professionals, IT consultants, product managers and technical-commercial profiles who want to efficiently use and position Milestone Professional+ with their customers.
