Dynacolor recorders for Network Optix
SmartSD introduces the Intel Atom-based network recorders from Dynacolor. These are specifically tailored for use with the Video Management System (VMS) of Network Optix. NX Witness is pre-installed on these recording devices, requiring only the addition of NX Witness licenses.
Depending on the model, these recorders are equipped with 8 or 16 PoE ports, eliminating the need for a separate PoE switch. With a maximum of 30 Watts PoE af/at per port and a total PoE budget of 120 Watts (8-channel) and 240 Watts (16-channel), you can connect and power most common IP cameras via PoE.
The recorders feature a 64GB eMMC drive for the pre-installed Windows 10 IoT operating system and NX Witness VMS. The 8-channel recorder housing accommodates space for two hard drives for video storage. The 16-channel recorder is available in two versions, one with space for two hard drives and another with space for four, providing ample storage to meet extended retention requirements.
Additionally, the recording devices come with brackets for mounting in 19" racks. Due to their compact depth, they can also be installed in smaller 19" wall-mounted cabinets.
