HID comes in the Signo range with a new keypad and with readers in a white housing.  

In the past, the HID Signo keypad reader was only available with a capacitive keypad. Now, the Signo 40 is also available with a physical keypad, which increases ease of use. The complete range of Signo readers is now also available in white housing.  

Many of the models are available in a "Standard Profile" and with a "Seos Profile." The "Profile" determines which cards the respective reader can read. More information about this via the link below.  

The Signo range  
In 2023, HID introduced the Signo readers. The readers are suitable for reading HID Mobile IDs (BLE/NFC), HID Seos, Mifare Classic (CSN and SIO), DESFire EV1 and EV2 (CSN and SIO), iClass, iClass SE, HID Prox, Indala Prox, and EM4102 Prox. The readers can be configured via the fully integrated BLE interface with the HID Reader Manager Smartphone App, are EAL6+ certified, and are equipped with a Wiegand and OSDP interface. This makes these readers compatible with virtually all access control systems. Because the readers can read multiple card technologies, they are extremely suitable for migration projects from insecure to secure cards.
