The new S ONE Dual marks the next generation of modular premium dual cameras. The system builds on the success of previous models. The S ONE Dual has two freely positionable 4K-UHD sensor modules that together deliver images with a resolution of more than 16 megapixels.The compact camera housing can be discreetly concealed, while the camera analyzes both sensor channels using AI-based edge analysis.

Flexible installation thanks to modular design
At the heart of the system is a compact camera body with two day and night sensors connected via a weatherproof cable. These sensors can be placed up to approximately two meters from the main unit, allowing installation in machines, vehicles, behind panels, or in switch cabinets.

The camera has been developed for industrial environments, mobile applications, and locations with high security requirements. The system is robust, weatherproof, and energy-efficient, consuming less than 10 watts via Power-over-Ethernet.

Integration into existing video systems
The camera can be integrated into various VMS systems and supports ONVIF-compatible systems. Thanks to its decentralized edge architecture, the system can also function independently without an external server or storage solution. Direct access via a web browser is possible without additional licenses.

Local and cloud storage
Images can be stored locally on the camera via a built-in DVR with microSD card (64 GB standard, expandable to 2 TB), but also on NAS/NVR systems or in the cloud. Internal storage enables failover recording in the event of temporary network failures. With this new modular dual camera, MOBOTIX is focusing specifically on applications where flexibility, image quality and reliability are crucial.
