A new version of ACT365 is available. ACT365 is Vanderbilt's Cloud-based Access Control and Video Management System. Because ACT365 is a Cloud solution, this new version is installed automatically and is free of charge.

This new version is equipped with a so-called “Traceability” report that provides a quick and easy way to gain insight into which doors have been used by a specific person during a certain period of time. This information can be used to conduct contact inquiries during the present COVID-19 pandemic. Thanks to the “Traceability” report, office buildings, collective buildings and unmanned locations can be re-opened more safely.
