SmartSD has completed the acquisition of DERO Security Products (DERO). Based in Eindhoven, DERO is a distributor of security equipment in the Benelux and specializes in supplying security products for installers and integrators. DERO’s product portfolio includes video surveillance, intrusion protection and intercom from leading brands such as Ajax, Dahua, Provision-ISR and Bandit.

DERO’s product range, brands and customers closely match those of SmartSD, further broadening the offering for customers and creating various cross-selling opportunities. The acquisition will also lead to operational efficiency in warehousing and logistics.

SmartSD is pleased with the addition of the DERO team to the SmartSD group. Together, they will work to deliver advanced security solutions even more efficiently in the Benelux region.
