SPC Evo alarm panel
The SPCevo panel is the successor to the current "SPC Original" panel and is available as SPC42 for Grade 2 applications and SPC53 for Grade 3 applications. With one-time license upgrades, these models can be updated to SPC52 and SPC63 models.
The SPCevo offers the same user interface as the SPC Original and can be used by technicians without additional training or explanation. However, there have been significant changes, with both hardware and firmware completely renewed, and substantial improvements made in processor, memory, and communication capabilities.
A notable development is the new power supplies, providing up to three times more capacity compared to the original SPC panel. Furthermore, the G2 metal case has also been improved, with new cable pass-throughs, better placement of the central board and the SPCE652 expander boards, and more cable management options.
The SPCevo is made backward compatible with almost all current SPC peripherals. SPC control panels, expansions, and intelligent power supplies remain usable, as do two-way wireless products. On the software side, the EDP and FlexC protocols are retained, and existing API integrations can also be applied to the SPCevo.
