This training provides a comprehensive overview of the Dahua product line and the capabilities of its various devices. The course is an excellent introduction to the Dahua brand, focusing primarily on basic functionalities. Advanced AI features such as SMD and IVS are also introduced and briefly explained.

In addition to the product overview, the training goes deeper into basic settings such as motion detection, IVS, email settings, and how to configure them on a recorder in combination with a camera and the associated software. After covering the basics, there is a brief explanation of advanced functionalities of the recorders and cameras, including WizSense and WizMind technologies.

The training also covers the use of SmartPSS, Dahua’s PC-based software that allows users to manage and configure their systems. Participants will gain insight into the operation of Dahua products and their associated software.

A light lunch is provided during the break.

Purpose

After this training, participants will have a clear overview of Dahua products and will know how to configure basic settings on both recorders and cameras. They will gain insight into advanced system functionalities and will be able to use the SmartPSS software effectively to manage their installations.

Terms and conditions for participation
  • No specific prior knowledge is required, although basic knowledge of IP cameras and network systems is an advantage.
  • Bring your smartphone: this is useful for linking a recorder to the DMSS app and displaying notifications during the training.
