The 2N CIP Certified Training is a 2N-approved training course covering the 2N product portfolio, including both hardware and software. Participants receive an overview of 2N IP intercoms and access control systems, with a focus on the correct installation and configuration of the products. The training enables participants to identify common installation and configuration issues and provides them with the knowledge required to resolve these problems.

After successfully completing the training and passing the online exam, participants are recognized as 2N CIP-certified, demonstrating that they have the necessary knowledge and expertise to work with 2N solutions. To participate in this training, participants must create an account on the 2N Academy platform in advance. Registration is mandatory in order to attend the training. Training Objectives

After completing the training, the installer will be able to:

  • Correctly apply and explain the 2N product portfolio and provide appropriate advice to end customers.
  • Independently and correctly configure 2N products using both 2N OS and the My2N cloud platform.
  • Troubleshoot 2N products after their integration into the end customer’s network.
Prerequisites
  • A laptop with administrator rights is required.
  • Creating an account on the 2N Academy platform in advance is mandatory in order to attend the training (https://academy.2n.com/en).
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP is required.
  • General knowledge of intercom systems is an advantage.
