2N introduces the Meeting Room application
The 2N® Meeting Room application for the Indoor Touch 2.0 provides users with a complete overview of the scheduled occupancy of meeting rooms.
A one-time licence must be uploaded to the 2N® Indoor Touch 2.0 in order to use the Meeting Room application. Users can easily see when the room is free by looking at the display. The colour of the 2N logo at the bottom of the display tells people about the status of the room. Users can easily synchronise the device with a shared agenda on Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, Google Gmail or Zimbra. The display can be personalised with a wide range of functions. Reservations can also be made directly if the meeting room is available.
