Akuvox launches the A08S, a new all-in-one reader including keypad. The A08S features a built-in door controller and is powered through PoE. The reader can be used stand alone, but can also be configured and managed in the Akuvox Cloud.

The built-in card reader reads 125kHz and 13.56MHz cards, in addition the reader can also provide access via Smartphone with the "My Mobile Key", with QR codes and with the keypad also via PIN codes. In short, virtually all methods of identification are supported!

The A08S is further equipped with a relay output, 2 inputs and also supports the Akuvox SR01 security relay. Due to the compact dimensions of 50mm x 140mm x 26.7mm (W x H x D) and the optional installation with the A08S flushmount kit, this IP65/IK09 reader can be used almost anywhere.
