Dahua's thermal 5 series hybrid cameras are ideally suited for perimeter security and fire detection. The hybrid cameras provide a thermal image, a conventional image and can also combine the two images. The product range includes bullet cameras and speed domes.

5 Series thermal bullet cameras
With thermal and optical images on board, the Thermal 5 Series hybrid bullet cameras offer various AI functions, such as heat detection, tripwire, trespassing and identification of people and vehicles. The cameras are equipped with white light and audio alarms. 

5 Series thermal speed domes
The speed domes are equipped with thermal and optical imaging. Several speed domes in the range can measure temperature through the thermal channel with high accuracy (max ±2°C, ±2%). These models support multiple measuring methods for temperature of spot, line and area in combination with time and can generate an alarm when the temperature deviates from predetermined values. The thermal part has a fixed lens, while the optical part of the camera has as much as 45x optical zoom.

Perimeter security
The 5 series thermal cameras can be used for perimeter security, making them the first line of defence to detect intruders. The hybrid cameras provide reliable security in all weather conditions. The number of false alarms caused by cats, dogs, leaves and other influences is greatly reduced with these cameras.
