We are pleased to inform you about an improvement in our shipping options. Until now, Express shipments in the Benelux have been routed via DHL Express by default, but from now on they will be automatically matched to the carrier set in our system as the default for your customer number.

What will change?

From now on, we automatically match Express shipments to your default carrier:

• DHL → DHL Express
  
• UPS → UPS Express
  
• FedEx → FedEx Prio
  
• PostNL → remains DHL Express 

What does this mean for you?

For you this means that you no longer have to make extra choices in the webshop: the Express shipment goes automatically through your regular carrier as set in our system. This ensures smoother handling and less chance of errors or misunderstandings. Would you like to change your standard carrier? Please contact your sales manager - he will be happy to help you.
