Get the status of your order

Users with the appropriate rights can track their orders via their www.smartsd.com account. Here is a short explanation of how to do this.
Step-by-step instructions
- Go to the www.smartsd.com website and log in.
- Go to the Order Status/History tab :
Click on ‘My SmartSD’ and ‘Order status/history’. - Open your order details :
Click on your order number, for example: VO123456. - Get your track & trace number :
Click on ‘’Delivered‘’. One or more codes will be displayed with details of the products dispatched in each delivery. - Get the status of your order on the transporter's website :
Click on one of the codes displayed. A page will automatically open on the transporter's website detailing the tracking of your order.
In addition, as of today, you can download your packing slip for each shipment on this page.
Your track & trace number is visible on www.smartsd.com as soon as your order is picked up by the transporter. At the same time, you will receive an automatic e-mail from the transporter with the tracking number.
