Hanwha Vision Introduces HealthPro
Hanwha Vision introduces HealthPro, a new cloud platform that allows installers and end users to centrally monitor and manage the status of video systems. From a single, easy-to-use dashboard, HealthPro provides real-time insight into the status of security systems, eliminating the need for physical visits to installation sites.
With large video systems spread across multiple locations, it is often a challenge to manage everything efficiently and quickly identify any issues. HealthPro simplifies this by continuously monitoring the status of cameras, recorders, and other connected devices and displaying the information in a clear, organized manner.
The platform supports large-scale projects, even up to 5,000 locations, from a single central interface. Users can, among other things, receive alerts, generate reports, perform firmware updates, and manage settings remotely. This allows issues to be resolved more quickly and ensures that security systems continue to operate reliably and efficiently.
HealthPro integrates seamlessly into the Hanwha Vision ecosystem and supports, among other things, Hanwha cameras, XRN NVRs, and WAVE VMS. Through the HealthPro Bridge Software Gateway, support is also available for third-party systems, including AXIS, i-PRO, and ONVIF-compatible devices.
