Hanwha Wisenet Pentabrid recorders
The new Wisenet Pentabrid recorders from Hanwha Techwin make the migration from analogue to IP very easy. They are developed to extend the life of existing analog video systems and offer a smooth and cost-effective migration to an IP-based video surveillance solution. Both analog and IP and 4K cameras can be connected to the new Wisenet Pentabrid 4, 8 and 16 channel recorders. All analogue inputs can be exchanged for IP channels at no extra cost, so that the system can perfectly support the migration from analogue to IP.

In addition to supporting all Wisenet IP cameras and Wisenet HD + analog cameras, they will also facilitate the transition to future generation Wisenet-IP products.
The 6 new Wisenet-Pentabrid recorders also support Intelligent Video Analytics, including audio detection, face detection, defocus, entering or leaving a zone and camera tampering detection. They can be configured to take action when a predefined event occurs. This allows them to automatically forward notifications via e-mail or to direct a PTZ camera to a preset position.

The maximum capacity of each hard drive is 6 TB. All recorders are compatible with the following standards in analogue (high resolution) video: standard composite video, HD-CVI, HD-TVI and HD+ / AHD.
