Paxton Net2 and Hanwha Wave integration
Paxton and Hanwha have developed a special plug-in with which Net2, the complete online access control system of Paxton and Wave, the Video Management System (VMS) of Hanwha Techwin can be integrated. This allows Net2 users to directly view video images from network cameras connected to Wisenet based on events in Net2.
The integration is available via a free Net2 plug-in. It also allows users to visually authenticate anyone trying to access a location, as well as video verification of alarm incidents from the Net2 Client software. The plug-in simplifies the process of integrating the two systems and offers an improved graphical user interface (GUI), which offers live and recorded images and export of associated video surveillance cameras directly in the Net2 Client application. The plug-in supports Net2 versions 5 and 6 and is available for free.
Gareth O'Hara, Paxton's Chief Sales Officer, about the collaboration: “We put our core values, simplicity and quality at the center of everything we do to offer our customers world-class service. That's why we also like to work with Hanwha, they share our values ??to provide a simple yet powerful user experience. This integration offers customers improved functionality so that they can get even more out of our leading Net2 system. "Uri Guterman, Head of Product & Marketing for Hanwha Techwin Europe:" Wisenet solutions are now regularly used alongside Net2 and we therefore believe that this integration offers realistic practical benefits to users who want to take full advantage of their IP network-based access control and VMS.
