Intercoax, pioneer in the field of Long Range Ethernet, offers an extensive product package within the "IPIFY" series for the transmission of IP over (existing) cabling such as coax, twisted pair and 2-wire connections.

In addition to the handy single channel point-to-point kits with Power over Ethernet (PoE) pass-through up to 60 Watt, SmartSD now also offers 4-, 8- and 16-channel kits for transmission over 2-wire connections. These come in a range of products with non-managed receivers ("Multi Base") and a number of kits with managed receiver switches ("Multi Pro"). All models allow PoE pass-through up to 60 Watts per channel with a total budget of 320 Watts for the 8-channel and 640 Watts for the 16-channel receivers.

All products comply with the ETSI standard. This standard provides a clear overview of the requirements for interoperability between communication devices that are connected to a receiver via different (existing) cable infrastructures.
