Dahua and SmartSD introduce the WizSense One range, a product line of compact, thermal hybrid cameras that is made up of Turret and Bullet cameras. All cameras in the product line have both a thermal and a hi-res optical sensor.

The cameras can be considered as advanced fire and intrusion detectors with visual alarm verification. In addition to an optical sensor with a resolution of 4MP, the cameras are equipped with an advanced thermal sensor with a resolution of 256x192 pixels. This resolution is much higher than the usual 160x120 pixels in this segment.

The sensor shows more details and a higher contrast in the image. The new fusion technique shows is more accurate and the objects are easier to recognize. In the fusion image, the images from both sensors are overlaid, combining the advantages of optical and thermal imaging in one.

The cameras have an optical sensor with a resolution of 4MP and are equipped with D / N function with Smart IR lighting up to a distance of 30 meters. The WizSense One range integrates advanced image analysis developed by Dahua and intelligent algorithms. 

Perimeter security
Due to the object classification, these cameras are very suitable for perimeter security. Through the person and vehicle recognition via the AI ??algorithms, alarms caused by camera movements, falling leaves or other irrelevant objects can be greatly reduced, significantly improving alarm accuracy.

More possibilities
Detection of smoking where not allowed. Using bi-spectrum, the optical image detects a person and the thermal channel detects the heat source, allowing to detect objects such as a cigarette lighter or cigarette. The cameras can also detect rapid heat development and thus be used for fire prevention.

The WizSense One series is equipped with a white light and loudspeaker alarm function, this is the so-called active deterrence. Once an abnormal behavior is detected by the thermal channel, the white light can be activated or a pre-recorded message can be played through the built-in speaker.
