Protection of fences, walls and roofs
GAPID SR is an intelligent system that consists of a series of MEMS accelerometric sensors with advanced technology. GAPID is an anti-climb, anti-cut and anti-breakthrough sensor for the protection of fences, walls and roofs.
Each sensor can be used on it's own, but sensors can also be connected, allowing them to monitor long fences and large areas. To create a GAPID system with multiple sensors, the sensors are connected to each other in series using an RS485 cable and they are connected to a concentrator for controlling and operation. This concentrator (Adebus) can simultaneously analyze two sections of 128 sensors each.
Adebus can be connected online for remote management and configuration through internet and through software using the free Gapid Explorer program. This service, that's also accessible by smartphone, is extremely useful as an alternative to remote configuration. The operator can easily configure the field zones by tapping the sensors.
