Hanwha Techwin released a new version of Wisenet Retail Insight in April, version 2.10. The main functionality that has been added is viewing and comparing the age and gender of the visitors as well as the heat map that can be compared per day, per week or per month.

Retail Insight is a web-based 'Business Intelligence' application. It can process and visualize shop data on the basis of adjustable dashboards with regard to managing queues, heat maps, time based visitor numbers, estimating age and gender of visitors , weather information processing (Openweathermap), etc.

Reports can also be generated on multiple stores and zones within a chain. The new version 2.10 also includes additional enhancements such as adding an end customer logo to the reports, enhanced security and a new, expanded list of compatible camera references.
